Having a post-secondary plan can benefit students in many ways. It gives them a goal to work toward, motivation to keep going when things get tough, and anxiety relief as they near the end of their High School or College journey. However, Youth often have trouble visualizing the future. 

The College and Career Planning packing includes three sessions, which will include interest inventories, career investigation and college searches. It can also include help with college applications, financial aid and scholarship searches, or help with job applications and interviewing skills. Each student will receive an Action Plan for moving forward and support by text or email between sessions.
